Abstract

The current study examined the relationship between performance on a technology-enabled simulation and customer service performance. Results demonstrated a consistent relationship between the simulation dimensions and supervisor rated job performance. This research has implications for using technology-enabled simulations to predict work behavior in a customer service context.
