Abstract

The 20th century saw a continuous rise in intelligence test results of 2.83 IQ points per decade. Considering six factors (environmental improvements, migration, narrowing gaps, asymmetric children rates, asymmetric generation lengths, cognitive ceilings), we predict large increases for developing countries and no change or declines for developed countries.
