Abstract
This study developed a LGBT collective action scale, and identified two dimensions of collective action. Moderation analysis showed that both micro- and macro-collective action can buffer the effect of perceived discrimination. For individuals with active participation in collective action, the adverse effect of perceived discrimination on mental health was smaller.
