Abstract
The Job-Career-Calling distinction in work orientations and their impacts on work outcomes found in developed regions has yet to be examined in developing regions. The current study addresses this issue. Results from 255 Mongolian workers from diverse occupations revealed universal as well as culture-specific aspects of the work orientation distinction.
