Abstract

Internet-based rumination-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (RFCBT) and psychoeducation were demonstrated to be efficacious in reducing worry and rumination tendencies, anxiety and depression symptoms. While online RFCBT enhanced self-compassion, online psychoeducation increased mental health literacy as well.
