Abstract

Time perception relies on executive function (especially updating working memory contents). Depression affects updating and timing. Using Serial Seven Subtraction (an updating task) and temporal production tasks in both single- and dual-task conditions, we show how self-reported mood predicts severity of unidirectional interference when simultaneously performing updating and timing tasks.
