Abstract
Juror gender, victim alcohol use, and defendant diagnosis were considered in a mock domestic homicide trial in which a woman was accused of murdering her abusive husband. Jurors were assigned to condition and asked to decide the case. A significant interaction was found between juror gender and victim alcohol use.
