The Relationship between Grit and Measures of Objective and Perceived Career Success.

In a study on correlates of grit, it was found that overall grit was positively associated with measures of objective and perceived career success. Further analyses of the dimensions of grit (passion and perseverance) found a positive relationship with perceived success, but a more complicated picture with the objective indicators.
