The Association of Negative Life Events with the Structure of Substance Use Disorders: A Network Approach

Abstract
The association of life stressors with the structure of substance use disorders was investigated via a network approach. The number of stressors appeared to predict an increase in network centrality indices, which are associated with psychiatric severity/comorbidity. Further, heterogeneity within drug use disorder was also identified.
