Abstract
Clinical disorders are distinct from temperament, but may share a common liability. We fit a bifactor model using latent trait neuroticism and conscientiousness/agreeableness to represent internalizing and externalizing behaviors. The general pathologic temperament factor ("g") was predicted by Working Memory, suggesting it may be a transdiagnostic liability for pathologic temperament.
