Abstract

Long-term unemployment is detrimental to individual’s psychological well-being. However, efforts to manage these detriments aren’t always successful. The current study utilizes psychometric network analysis to examine the causal flow of several dimensions of psychological well-being. Results suggest differences in the key experiences that drive well-being for employed and unemployed individuals.
