Abstract

An examination of the relationship between diabetes distress, culturally-relevant stressors (i.e. self-reported discrimination and urban hassles), and depressive symptoms among 89 low-income Latinxs with type 2 diabetes revealed a positive correlation between discrimination and urban hassles and provided evidence that urban hassles contribute to depressive symptoms.
