Individual Differences in Everyday Experience of Self-Control Conflict

Abstract
Fifty-five participants participated in a one-week experience sampling study in which they had to report self-control conflict upon receiving a random signal (5 times per day) and complete personality measures such as private self-consciousness and trait mindfulness. Findings suggested novel interaction between types of self-control conflict and personality traits.
