The Role of Immediate Supervisors in Improving Employee Engagement and Well-Being

This poster highlights findings from a survey of over 4,000 military members regarding employee performance, engagement, and well-being. Both quantitative and qualitative data are used to underscore the impact of supervisors on employee outcomes. Furthermore, both quantitative and qualitative data are used to examine the behavioral antecedents of supervisor satisfaction.
