Abstract
Mothers who received a Project Support module focused on positive attending, listening, and comforting reported improved parent-child communication and decreased harsh parenting at post-treatment, compared to mothers in a control condition. Children in the Project Support condition reported improved mother-child relationship quality and decreased depression symptoms at 1-month follow-up.
