Abstract
We examined applicant reactions to the use of artificial intelligence in selection. Utilizing a 2x2 experimental design (N = 320), findings indicated that participants had significantly more negative reactions in terms of organizational attraction, perceptions of justice, and litigation intentions when AI was the decision-maker compared to the human condition.
