Abstract
Social cognition literature on eyes often do not address the nuanced cultural context regarding eye contact nor utilize eye-specific stimuli. In this study, we addressed these gaps in the literature and focused on Asian American biculturals and the potential neural mechanisms behind their reported higher levels of social anxiety.
