A Validation Study of Self-Efficacy at Work in a Spanish-Speaking Population

Abstract
We adapted the original version of “Social and emotional self-efficacy at work” to Argentinian employees providing new validity evidence of the cross-cultural equivalence of the scale. Findings indicated a five-factor model (Task, social self-efficacy, emotional self-efficacy: to understand others, to help others, self-oriented) explaining 47% of the variance of self-efficacy.
