Abstract

Study examines the association between racial microaggressions, specifically perceptions of similarity, ethnic identity and psychological wellbeing among a sample (n=278) of ethnically diverse high school students. The results suggest that Hispanic students are particularly susceptible to the impact of racial microaggressions, but that ethnic identity moderates negative outcomes.
