Abstract

Little is known about whether or not right hemispheric specializations mirror the well-known relationship between handedness and hemispheric specialization for language. Using a perceptual battery of tests, we examined multiple hemispheric asymmetries within participants. The right-lateralized asymmetries examined were not related to handedness in a complementary fashion to language.
