Abstract

Collective decision style (CDS) has been neglected in the team literature despite of its potential influence on team outcomes. Using survey methods, this research shows that rational CDS positively affects team learning and team performance, while avoidant CDS has a negative effect. The personality antecedents of CDSs were also explored.
