Competence and Relatedness Needs Satisfaction Influence Performance and Wellbeing.

The purpose of the study was to verify how the satisfaction of competence and relatedness needs, when the autonomy need and external rewards (incentives) were controlled, may impact the performance, well-being and intrinsic motivation. The results revealed mediating role of intrinsic motivation on ther relation between competence satisfaction and performance.
