Abstract

The purpose of the current study is to examine the effect of a lack of sleep on Stroop task performance. We concluded that sleep disturbance might be a sensitive feature of sleep problems affect Stroop task resulting in a cognitive slowing. Moreover, daytime sleep might shorten the overall reaction time.
