Abstract

This study investigates the role of psychological flexibility, specifically mindful awareness, acceptance, and avoidance, in perceived anxiety (state and trait) and autonomic stress reactivity due to a mild cognitive stress task, as measured by heart rate variability, skin conductance, and temperature, in healthy college students.
