Predictors of Academic Achievement: Racial Microaggressions, Perceived Social Support and School Belongingness

The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between racial microaggressions, perceived social support, school belongingness, and how these variables influence academic achievement in college students. The hypotheses on which this study was based were that ethnic minority status, socioeconomic status, and age would all affect these factors.
