College Students’ Attrition: Do Perceptions of Employability Matter?

The results suggested that perceptions of employability make a difference in ethnic minority students’ willingness to stay in school by negatively impacting perceptions of school experiences. Findings also highlight the importance of implementing pedagogical approaches and career placement services that may help prepare students for transition to the workplace.
