Abstract
Purpose of this study was to investigate humility in Eastern Culture. Unlike Westerners having an independent view of self, Easterners are more likely to be influenced by the situation. This suggests that humility may be perceived differently depending on cultures. Therefore study explored the possibility by surveying South Korean employees.
