Abstract

Behavioral intervention technologies (BITs) can be used in adjunct to face-to-face (F2F) interventions. Three separate meta-analyses suggest that BITs are effective interventions for youth. BITs were specifically efficacious for depression and social skills for youth with autism spectrum disorders. BITs were slightly less efficacious as F2F for youth with anxiety.
