Abstract

Patients with Graves' disease often present with neuropsychiatric symptoms. Stern and colleagues (1996) were the first to document such complaints. They were also the first to report that patients were often misdiagnosed and waited more than 6 months to receive an accurate diagnosis. The present investigation represents a twenty-year follow-up.
