Abstract
Genetically-informed analyses compared sisters from biologically divorced/separated families. Older (but not younger) sisters exposed to low quality fathering during childhood/adolescence had lower expectations for investment from male relationship partners in adulthood. These expectations mediated the effects of low quality fathering on unrestricted sexual behavior and intentions reported by these women.
