Abstract

Anxiety is pervasive and can have detrimental effects on decision-making competency. Cognitive reappraisal is an emotion regulation technique that can help reduce stress. The purpose of this study is to examine whether cognitive reappraisal is a mediator that can help dampen the detrimental effects of anxiety on decision-making competency.
