Abstract

The following study analyzed the relationship between core self-evaluations (CSE) and corporate benefits use. The study was influenced by the growing importance of participation in corporate fitness initiatives, and their benefits for both employees and the employers. The findings revealed a positive, significant correlation between CSE and corporate benefits use.
