Abstract
Need for Cognitive Closure (NfCC) is the desire to eliminate ambiguity and arrive at definite conclusions. Present studies show that NfCC is negatively related to: risk taking behavior as measured by CCT and BART; farsighted decisions in inter-temporal choices; and interpersonal trust measured by both self-reports and Trust Game.
