Abstract
National surveillance data on 19,150 currently employed adults were analyzed to examine whether job stress (job-demand-control-support model), along with an individual’s level of psychological distress, reduced cross-sectional associations between safety climate and workplace injuries. Weighted prevalences and prevalence ratios for associations between safety climate and study variables will be presented.
