Predictors of a Successful Transition of Career Military Personnel to the Civilian Workforce

Military personnel transitioning to the civilian workforce face numerous issues, which can make the transition difficult. This poster presents the results of a study of predictors of a successful transition. Demographic, personality, and work-related variables were found to be strong predictors. Implication for research and practice will be presented.
