A Practical Suggestion of a Way of Personality Alignment with Competencies for Organizational Settings

We suggested a practical way to make the competency modeling and define the required personalities with a case of Korean company. In this approach, we used both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to combine personalities and competencies. Therefore, we demonstrated how HR practitioners can make better plans on recruitment and selection.
