Dynamic Representation of Task Contexts in Children’s Routine Sequential Actions

Abstract

The current study provides the first empirical finding for the developmental mechanisms underlying the acquisition of routine sequential actions. We demonstrated how young children develop representation of task context for the execution of repeated task sequences and that executive functions were related to the developmental changes.
