Abstract
This study examines divorcing or separating couples reporting intimate partner violence and seeking family mediation services to resolve family-related issues, such as child custody. It explores how mediating couples reporting differing levels and types of IPV victimization fare in mediation and examines two approaches for interpreting IPV screening information.
