Abstract

We evaluated using an automatized text analysis program (LIWC 2015) to examine maternal perceptions of power mobility training for severely disabled children. Mothers’ perspectives changed and were related to children’s power mobility skills and mastery motivation after training. Thus, LIWC may provide an additional, objective assessment for power mobility interventions.
