Abstract

Coping strategies and generic skills have been argued to be important transferable attributes for a successful school-to-work transition. Results from structural equation modeling revealed that coping strategies predicted academic and career goal progress, even after controlling for the role of generic skills. Results of mediation analyses are also discussed.
