Psychological Evaluation Recommendations in Proceedings of Parental Termination

Child protection matters form a legal challenge in which psychologists may be called upon. This exploratory German study investigates variables that influence psychological evaluators’ recommendations in such cases, based on a content review of 100 evaluation reports. In logistic regression analyses, we included child-related factors, familial-risk-factors, and general custody criteria.
