Developing a Measure of Burnout Stigma

Preliminary data are reported on a burnout stigma measure with scale items developed from established mental health stigma and burnout scales. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses indicated that burnout stigma is a unidimensional construct applicable to both work and school settings.
