Abstract

Latent growth and time-lag analyses examined school burnout, self-control, and sleep quality at three time points in undergraduates (N=463). School burnout did not change over time. Although cross-lagged relationships were found from self-control to burnout and sleep at Time 2, cross-lagged relationships did not emerge at Time 3.
