Abstract

The present study identified a ‘high engagement’ (85%) and an ‘increasing burnout’ group (15%) among Finnish employees using mixture modeling with Mplus. Several work- and personal demands and resources predicted employees membership in these groups. Personal resources buffered against work demands, especially in the high engagement group.
