The Role of Leaders and Allies in Influencing Muslim American Women's Experiences in the Workplace

In this study, we interview 40 Muslim American women to qualitatively examine their experiences in the workplace, and how leaders and coworkers have played a role in those experiences. We then identified patterns and themes within these experiences to determine potential strategies for leaders and coworkers to utilize as allies.
