Rape Myths and Fear of Rape: Predictions from Life History

GMH Poster Competition This study examined the connection between Rape Myth Acceptance and Fear of Rape in relation to Life History Theory. Data were collected from 190 participants, and results indicate that Life History is predictive of societally harmful attitudes toward victims of rape for females, but not for males.
