Abstract

The Addy & Uno Musical and The Realabilities Comic Series aim to reduce negative attitudes towards special needs by following the adventures of five friends with disabilities. Paired sample t-tests from 22 elementary-school children indicated significantly improved knowledge, cognitive attitudes and behavioral intentions towards individuals with disabilities following the intervention.
