Abstract

This study utilized eye-tracking technology to explore the processes of browsing slides with or without visualization. Different patterns of fixation sequences can be observed between two conditions (“visualization in structures” and “plain text” group) in three types of slide structures (“compare and contrast,” “time order” and “cause and effect” ).
