Abstract

In this study, we examined the effects of cognitive styles on attention allocation decisions. From a variable-centered approach, our findings demonstrated that the 'creating' style was a significant predictor of allocation decisions. From a person-centered approach, we identified four distinct categories of cognitive styles.
