Abstract

We examined the role of reward sensitivity in comorbidity between substance use and Cluster B PDs. Reward sensitivity mediated relationships between each of the Cluster B PDs with polysubstance use. Findings suggest biopsychological reward sensitivity is an appropriate focus for the understanding, management and moderation of both groups of disorders.
